Welcome to Europe RDP! We aim to provide fast, reliable, and secure remote desktop services worldwide.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains your rights, our obligations, and how we handle refunds for our monthly subscription RDP services.
We’ve kept this policy simple, friendly, and transparent, while ensuring it complies with applicable laws in Europe (including the Netherlands and Germany), the UAE, and international best practices.
01. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all purchases of monthly subscription remote desktop servers (“Services”) from Europe RDP, whether you are:
- A consumer (individual), entitled to certain statutory protections, or
- A business customer (B2B), where commercial terms apply.
By purchasing our services, you accept this policy as part of our Terms of Service.
02. Delivery and Activation
- Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver server details within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
- Verification Delays: In cases where fraud prevention checks are needed (e.g., KYC identity verification), delivery may take up to 72 additional hours.
- Failed Verification: If verification fails, we will refund the full payment to your original payment method.
- Digital Service Disclaimer: Since RDP services are a digital product that is customized and provisioned for you, full access is considered “activation” under EU law.
03. Cooling-Off Period & No-Questions-Asked Refund
- 72-Hour Guarantee: You may request a full refund for any reason within 72 hours of receiving your server details.
- How to Claim: Simply contact our support team via email or ticket system, and we’ll process the refund with no questions asked.
- EU & UAE Law Note: This policy aligns with your statutory withdrawal rights under EU and UAE e-commerce laws. However, because the service is digital and provisioned instantly, you agree to waive the standard 14-day cooling-off period at checkout, in exchange for our clear 72-hour guarantee.
04. Refunds After 72 Hours
Refunds after the first 72 hours are strictly limited to the following cases:
- Technical Failures: If there is a hardware or infrastructure failure on our side and we cannot resolve it promptly, you may request a pro-rated refund for unused time.
- Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver your server within 7 business days of payment (excluding KYC delays), you may request a full refund.
- No Refund Otherwise: Beyond these cases, no refunds are issued after the first 72 hours of receiving server details.
05. Abuse and Fraud Protection
We take refund policy abuse seriously to protect all customers:
- No refunds will be given if we detect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
- Multiple refund requests under different accounts.
- Use of fake identities or payment methods.
- Abuse of trial or refund windows.
- If abuse is detected, we reserve the right to deny refunds, suspend accounts, and blacklist fraudulent users.
06. Cancellations and Automatic Renewals
- Monthly Subscription: Your RDP plan is billed monthly and will automatically renew unless you cancel before your renewal date.
- No Mid-Cycle Refunds: Cancelling mid-subscription does not trigger a refund, except where Section 3 applies.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team via a support ticket.
07. Chargebacks and Dispute Handling
- We value fair and transparent resolution. Please contact us first for any issue; most problems are resolved within 48 hours.
- If you initiate a chargeback without giving us the chance to resolve your issue:
- We will not issue a separate refund.
- The outcome will depend on your payment provider’s process.
08. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@europerdp.com, or open a ticket in your account dashboard.
- Include your order number and reason (if after 72 hours).
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
